All products will be shipped back to the customer via FedEx ground unless otherwise stated. The turn-around time for all RMA’s is three weeks. Groupmab recommends that you insure the shipment for full value, as Groupmab will not be responsible for damaged or lost shipments. Please mark the outside of the shipping carton with the RMA number that you will be assigned by a technician. Inside the shipping carton include the following items:
The product, properly packaged with a copy of this RMA Form.
The box must be strong enough to hold the weight of the product and have adequate packing material to keep product from damage in shipment.
The RMA form with a full description of the defect for which warranty remedy is sought.
Return address.
Contact name and telephone number of person familiar with the problem/defect.
