Our Methodology

Groupmab uses it strength from the very core of its team members who have worked in financial services and communications industry segments. Both of these segments share the same overlapping core business: transaction based processing to running the movement of a service be it money or information. Financial Services Providers (FSPs) process money either in physical denominations or bits (technology lingo). Communication Services Providers (CSPs) process bits; data and voice transactions. In the end, both FSPs and CSPs are processing transactions between consumers and companies and governments. Which brings up the core question, " What is the commonality of the FSP and CSP in running their business? The answer is that they use connected global networks to originate a transaction and at the same time use the networks to terminate the transaction. It is here were we excel at making this transaction efficient, relevant and actionable by using our 360° Methodology View of your business, the markets, competitive landscape, and its regulatory oversight.

We fully understand that each client is unique and requires a certain amount of flexibility and balance, and that is why we use our 360° Methodology that allows our professionals to adjust, align and calibrate the process to meet our client's needs and expectations.
