So using our approaches including consulting and relevant technologies blended-in with local country resources in an a narrow organizational structure generates results.
- Skill Sets - Our professionals have the relevant and efficient proven seasoned skills in emerging and immature technologies, project management, software development, deployment, partnering, go-to-markets scenarios and operations, that when put-together, were not thought of by large corporations. Most solutions are the simplest one to deploy, but are always challenged by these large corporations (think of the many start-ups that were launched). This is a result of corporate professionals who have the incorrect discipline to follow rules, processes and theories in countries of over-abundance that in countries of scarce resources this discipline is irrelevant and leads to failure.
